Personal Coaching
Helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose
There are times in life when we know something needs to change.
You may be facing an important decision, navigating a career transition, rebuilding confidence after a setback, or simply sensing that you're capable of more than your current circumstances reflect.
Personal coaching provides a supportive yet appropriately challenging space to clarify what matters most, overcome obstacles, and move towards the future you want with greater confidence and purpose.
For me, coaching isn't about becoming someone else. It's about helping you become more fully yourself—finding your way home to the person you were created to be.
How coaching can help
Personal coaching can help when you want to:
Build confidence and self-belief
Navigate career or life transitions
Improve motivation and accountability
Clarify goals and priorities
Create habits that support the life you want
Strengthen relationships
Improve decision-making
Find greater balance in your life
Make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable
My approach
I believe that lasting change happens when insight is combined with action.
My coaching draws on established coaching principles and is enriched by my understanding of psychology, human behaviour and personal development.
Rather than offering advice or telling you what to do, I work alongside you, asking thoughtful questions, providing constructive challenge, and helping you discover solutions that are authentic and sustainable.
Where appropriate, my understanding of emotional patterns and relationships allows us to explore what may be preventing lasting change—without losing sight of your goals and the future you want to create.

Why choose LIFENUP?
Change rarely happens in a straight line.
I bring to coaching not only professional training, but also many years of experience in business, leadership, creativity, change, and starting again.
That experience has taught me that moving forward isn't always about pushing harder or achieving more. Sometimes it's about understanding what really matters, recognising what may be holding you back and having the confidence to choose a different direction.
My role is to help you think clearly, challenge you when it is useful and support you in turning insight into practical change.
If you'd like to see whether this approach might work for you, I offer a free online conversation of up to 30 minutes. There is no obligation to continue.
